Clergy

Rev. Timothy Iannacone

Fr. Tim was born in Stamford, Connecticut, and raised in Norwalk. He attended Merrimack College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Religious and Theological Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy.

He began his priestly formation at St. John Fisher Seminary while pursuing graduate studies at St. John's University in Queens, New York. He later continued his seminary education at Theological College while attending The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he earned both a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and a Bachelor of Sacred Theology (S.T.B.).

Fr. Tim was ordained to the priesthood for the Diocese of Bridgeport by Bishop Frank J. Caggiano in 2017. His first assignment was as Parochial Vicar at St. Pius X Parish in Fairfield. He later served as Associate Pastor of St. Edward the Confessor Parish and Holy Trinity Chapel in New Fairfield and Sherman before being appointed Administrator of St. Margaret Mary Parish.

Fr. Tim is passionate about celebrating the sacraments, preaching the Gospel, and building a welcoming parish family where all feel at home. He believes that joy is an essential part of the Christian life and is well known for his love of humor. Whether sharing a lighthearted story in a homily or bringing a smile to a parish gathering, he enjoys reminding others that faith and laughter can go hand in hand. His hope is that every person who walks through the doors of St. Margaret Mary Parish encounters both the love of Christ and the warmth of a joyful community.

Deacon Jeff Kingsley

Deacon Jeff was ordained in 2002 and was assigned to St. Margaret Mary in January 2015. Deacon Jeff leads our OCIA, Marriage Preparation, Altar Server, and Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion ministries.

Deacon Dave Sochacki

Deacon Dave grew up in Bridgeport, CT. After graduating from Madison School ('58), Dave went on to Fairfield Prep where in his sophomore year, at a Lauralton-Prep mixer, Kathie asked him for a Ladies' Choice dance and the rest is history. Dave graduated from Boston College ('66) and then the University of Maryland Dental School ('70). He enlisted ('70) in the Army and was stationed at BAMC in San Antonio, rank of Captain.

Upon returning to Connecticut, Dave took a position at the Bronx VA as staff Dentist and was also Director of the Advanced Dental Program at Columbia School of Dentistry. He then transferred to UCONN School of Dentistry, Managed Health Care, assigned to DOC. Within these years, he had opened a practice in Westport and became very involved at St. Anthony Parish in Fairfield where the Pastor, seeing his strong faith, encouraged him to join the Diaconate Program. Dave was ordained in 1990. He has served at St. Anthony Parish, Fairfield (4 years); St. Matthew Parish, Norwalk (14 years); and St. Margaret Mary since 2008.

Deacon Dave and Kathie have been married 56 years. They are the parents of a son and two daughters and the grandparents of 7.
