Parish Picnic

The St. Margaret Mary Annual Parish Picnic is held each September on a Saturday evening following the 4:30 p.m. Mass. This cherished parish tradition brings our community together for an evening of great food, fellowship, and fun.

A delicious dinner is generously prepared and served at no cost to all parishioners by the Men's League, whose members work tirelessly to plan, set up, cook, serve, and clean up the event. The menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, the traditional liver, bacon, and onion sandwiches, fresh corn on the cob, along with all the fixings, soda, and water. (Feel free to bring your own favorite beverage.) Parishioners are also invited to share in the meal by bringing a favorite side dish or dessert.

The picnic is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with fellow parishioners, reconnect with friends, and welcome new members of our parish family.

The drawing for the Annual Parish Raffle is held at the conclusion of the picnic. Raffle ticket booklets are distributed to each parish family and may be picked up in the church foyer after Mass. We encourage everyone to participate by selling or purchasing tickets, as the raffle is an important fundraiser that supports the mission and ministries of our parish.
