Ushers and Greeters

The welcoming entrance of the church with a collection basket and hymnals

Volunteers who warmly greet everyone who comes to Mass and help people find a seat if necessary. They help take up the collection by passing the basket.

Ushers and greeters are often the first faces people see when they arrive at St. Margaret Mary. A warm smile and a kind word help parishioners, visitors and newcomers alike feel at home in our parish family.

During Mass, ushers help guide the Communion procession, assist anyone who needs extra help, and keep an eye out for the comfort and safety of the assembly. This is a wonderful ministry for individuals, couples and families who would like to serve together. To get involved, please contact our coordinator.
